About KV

Kendriya Vidyalaya Kurnool was initially started in the premises of SAP Camp, near Bellary Chourastha, Kurnool in the year 1988. It was housed in Municipal High School of the premises and run on shift system with classes 1 to 10. Then it was shifted to SAP barracks in 1990.

Later, a new single storeyed building with a unique structure came up in the allotted site near Nandyal Checkpost and the school was shifted to the new building in 1995. A sprawling 12 acre campus with lush green, pollution free environment lends an enchanting view.
